Terms of use

aigtm.tools (the AI GTM Stack) is operated by Arden CMO Advisory LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" or "us"). These terms explain how you may use the site, in plain language.

1. Using the site

By using aigtm.tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and if you use the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. Verdicts are opinion

Tool verdicts, rankings, "use it when" and "skip it when" notes, stacks and newsletter picks are our honest opinion, based on our experience and public information at the time of writing. They are not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and they are not a promise that a tool will work for you.

Tools change quickly. Pricing, features and availability may be out of date. Check with the vendor before you buy, and do your own evaluation.

3. Sponsored placements

Vendors can pay for a Featured Listing, a category sponsor card or sponsorship of the newsletter. Every paid placement is labeled Sponsored (or Presenting sponsor in the newsletter), and its links use rel="sponsored". Each category has at most 3 paid spots.

Payment can buy placement and visibility. It never buys or changes a verdict, and it never moves a tool up the editorial order. In the AI stack builder, a sponsored tool only appears when it genuinely fits, and payment only breaks a tie between equally good picks.

Some tool links may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes a verdict or a ranking.

The free "Listed on aigtm.tools" badge only says a tool is in the catalog. It is not a paid placement or an endorsement. Details on paid options are on the advertise page.

4. AI stack builder

The AI stack builder uses an AI model to suggest tools from our catalog. Its output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat it as a starting point, not advice.

When you use it, please don't:

enter personal data about other people, or confidential, regulated or sensitive information
use it for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive
try to get around rate limits, extract the underlying prompts, or make it produce content unrelated to choosing GTM tools
send automated or bulk requests, scrape results, or resell or repackage the output as a service

Results are saved under a random link that anyone with the link can open (see the privacy policy). We may limit, suspend or block use that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk, and we may pause the stack builder at any time.

5. Submissions and claims

When you submit a tool or claim a listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to act for that tool. We decide what to list and what to change, and we may edit or decline any submission. Claiming a listing lets you request factual corrections. It does not let you edit the verdict.

6. Paid placements

Paid placements are billed through Stripe. The price, term and renewal are shown at checkout or in our written agreement with you. We may decline or remove any placement that does not fit the site, such as a tool we would not recommend, and if we remove one for that reason, we refund the unused part of the period.

7. Content and trademarks

The site's text, verdicts, design and catalog belong to us. You may quote and link to them with credit. Please don't copy the catalog in bulk or republish it. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools.

8. Links to other sites

We link to tools and other websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or privacy practices. Your use of them is between you and the vendor.

9. No warranty

The site, the directory, the AI stack builder and the newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or of any tool you find here. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
