aigtm.tools (the AI GTM Stack) is operated by Arden CMO Advisory LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.
1. The short version
- We collect as little as we can and we never sell your data.
- Google Analytics only runs with your consent if you are in Europe. Elsewhere it runs by default and you can turn it off at any time.
- What you type into the AI stack builder is saved under a random, unlisted link so you can share it.
- Claim form details are stored so we can verify you and reply. Sponsors never see them.
- Newsletter signups go to Substack. Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.
2. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few events, such as clicks on outbound tool links. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Aggregated click counts may be shared with advertisers in a monthly report.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to see which pages, searches and features are useful. GA4 sets first-party cookies and sends usage data to Google, such as pages viewed, events like "copied a badge" or "shared a stack", referrer, device type and approximate location. We do not send names or email addresses to Google. GA4 only loads under the rules in Cookies and local storage.
3. AI stack builder
When you describe your business, the text is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an AI model provider (currently xAI, with Google Cloud as a backup) to pick tools from our catalog.
Each result, including what you typed, is stored in Upstash Redis for up to 365 days under a random link so it can be shared. These links are marked noindex, so search engines should not list them, but anyone with the link can open it. Please don't type personal or confidential information.
To prevent abuse, we use your IP address as a temporary rate limit key in Upstash. Those keys expire automatically within a day.
4. Listing claims
If you claim a listing, we store your name, work email, role, the tool and the corrections you request in Upstash Redis so we can verify you and reply. Only the site owner can read claims. We do not share them with sponsors or other vendors. We delete a claim when you ask, and we keep at most the 2,000 most recent claims.
6. Payments
Advertising is paid through Stripe payment links. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly and we never see full card numbers. Stripe shares with us what we need to run the placement: your name, email, company, billing address and payment status. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
7. Tool submissions and email
When you submit a tool, we store the answers so we can review the tool and reply. That includes an optional note on how you heard about aigtm.tools, the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters from the link, and the browser user agent. That source note does not include your IP address. If the save fails, the form can open your email app instead.
9. Who processes your data
- Vercel: hosting, Web Analytics and AI Gateway
- xAI and Google Cloud: AI models for the stack builder
- Upstash: storage for shared stacks, claims and rate limits
- Google: Google Analytics 4
- Substack: newsletter delivery
- Stripe: payments
- HubSpot: tool submissions
- Slack: an alert when a tool is submitted
These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies, and may store it in the United States. Hosting providers such as Vercel also process standard request data, including IP addresses, to serve pages and block abuse.
10. Outbound links
Links to tools may include UTM parameters or a tracked link so vendors can see that a visit came from this site. Once you leave, the vendor's own privacy policy applies.
11. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by emailing ardencmoadvisory@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (Google Analytics), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site (hosting, rate limits, cookieless analytics, claims), and contract (payments). You can withdraw consent at any time and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know, correct and delete your data. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
12. Children
The site is for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
